Stripersonline (SOL) first made its appearance on the web on November 4, 1999. On its very first day a few hundred fisherman joined the new site. Today SOL boasts more than 45,000 active members, over 7 million posts and sees nearly 1,000,000 visits per month. Its 35 forums cover a wide variety of fishing related topics, regional information and much more.
Don’t let the size of the site intimidate you. Despite its size the sense of community is quite evident. From a personal perspective I can say that many of the people I fish with and consider close friends are people I met through the Stripersonline community.
